GoPro Hero 3 Announced With 4K Video
The GoPro Hero 3 is smaller than the HD2 by 30% and also weigh 25% lighter. The new camera comes with black and white edition. The black edition can capture video with cinematic-quality 4K (3840×2160) and 4K-Cin (4096×2160). The HERO3 Black Edition will retail at $399.99. The basic White Edition ($199.99) through the Silver Edition ($299.99) to Black feature built-in Wi-Fi. The remote is a $79.99 option on both cheaper cameras. The cameras are compatible with GoPro’s app for iPhone and Android, which allow users to control the camera and live preview via the devices.
