Naughty Dog’s Uncharted 2: Among Thieves collected five trophies, including the Game of the Year award at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. The game also won best writing, best technology, best visual arts, and best audio.

In Uncharted 2, fortune hunter Nathan Drake returns in the PS3 exclusive third-person action-adventure/shooter created by award-winning developer Naughty Dog. Down on his luck, Drake is lured back into the treacherous world of thieves and mercenary treasure-seekers he had sought to leave behind. When a mysterious artifact propels Drake on an expedition to find the legendary Himalayan valley of Shambhala, he finds himself embroiled in a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse against a fugitive war criminal who’s after more than just the fabled riches of the lost city. Apple has given its CEO a bonus valued at $22 million for standing in for Steve Jobs last year on a 6 months medical leave. Cook got a $5 million bonus plus restricted stock award worth roughly $17 million.

Apple will bring true multitasking to iPhone OS 4.0 as reported by AppleInsider. This will allow third party apps to run concurrently and in the background.

From AppleInsider: Apple plans to deliver a multi-tasking manager that leverages interface technology already bundled with its Mac OS X operating system, according to those same people. It was requested that specifics be withheld at this time, as the iPhone Software 4.0 remains under development and reportedly has a quite ‘way to go’ before it’s ready for prime time.

Sony has finally lifted the lid on the Playstation 3 Motion Controller and the device is called Move.

Playstation Move will cost $100 for the basic option which includes one controller and the “Eye” camera. Some games will require more than one controllers and it will cost more. The Move is scheduled to be available in the fall with several games such as SOCOM 4, pet training game and more.

Google has launched bicycle directions on Google Map in 150 US cities including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Portland and Washington, DC.

The OnLive gaming service will be available starting from June 17th in the US. The monthly service fee is $15. However, if you are one of the lucky first 25,000 people to sign up, you will get your first three months for free. Service fee does not include the purchase or rental of games.

Hewlett-Packard is releasing a tablet PC running Microsoft Windows 7 that is capable of supporting Adobe Flash. HP claims that their tablet will offer a more complete computing experience than Apple’s iPad. At this point in time there are not much details of the technical specifications.  Check out the videos.

Samsung will release their extensive 3D TV line this March and starting price is $1,700 for the 46-inch 240Hz CCFL backlit LN46C750. The 55-inch 240Hz LED backlit UN55C9000 will cost $6,999.

Sony plans to launch their new 3D television sets in Japan from 10 June. A 46-inch 3D Sony 3D TV will cost around $3,898. Sony’s TDG-BR100 and TDG-BR50 active shutter glasses will cost about $133
