Microsoft Guilty Of XBox 360 Disc Scratching

Microsoft has been plagued with Red Ring of Death (RROD) previously, and now it is official that Microsoft knew about the Xbox 360′s disc-scratching issue. Microsoft knew about this problem prior to launch and did not fix it due to the extra 50 cents per console.
Next time you know why your 360 game would not play, just check the disc surface for scratches.

ahhh, this happened to me just a few days ago. Opened up my awesome new fable 2 and then moved xbox, bad idea. Lucky blockbuster has a disc repair service.

Great, other than waiting for the next 360 refurbished unit to show the same ring of death as the last several I now can also anticipate my GOW2 disc to be annihilated.

Geez. I just received a xbox and a guitar hero. Xbox scratched my Madden and my Guitar Hero the same day.
What can I do? I want a refund?
