Modern Warfare 2 Sold $550 Million In 5 Days
Activision has revealed that Modern Warfare 2 generated $550 million during its first five days on the market. It tops Grand Theft Auto $500 million sales record last year.
Previously the game rakes in $310M in one day of sales in the North America and the United Kingdom. PC gamers have been whinging (complaining) that they are not getting dedicated servers with this new game. This has not slow down sale whatsoever.
It is the biggest-selling launch in the history of entertainment.
