Firefox 3 Will Launch With A Bang On Tuesday

Mozilla will release Firefox 3.0 this coming Tuesday on June 17. The beta releases of the browser has been well reviewed for its speed and stability.
From Mozilla: Whenever we’re asked “when is Firefox going to be released” we endeavor to answer to the best of our abilities, but the truth of the matter is that we’ll only ever ship “when it’s ready”. We have a lot of indicators that help us understand when the product is ready for release: feedback from our pre-release milestones, excitement in the community and the press, availability of compatible Add-Ons, and a large active beta community helping us ensure that the release is compatible with all the various sites on the Internet.

Firefox is actually pretty much already out: I doubt they’ll touch the code before the shipping date!
At any rate, Opera 9.5 is already there and it looks almost equally impressive (but the new Firefox AwesomeBar rocks, though): http://www.h3rald.com/blog/thoughts-on-firefox3-and-opera95
