NORAD Successfully Tracked Santa Claus

The North American Aerospace Defense Command (Norad) has successfully tracked Santa Claus, as he delivered gifts to kids around the world. Norad staff tracked him for 31 hours as he crossed the globe at speeds up to 2,326,413 miles per hour.

Norad is partnering with Google to deliver for internet goodness. Children can follow Santa’s progress via its website or on Twitter, Facebook or via Google Maps or Google Earth.
