Last December, Nokia said Apple infringes seven Nokia patents and sought to ban imports of Apple’s iPhone, iPod, and MacBook products. Apple now fights back by filing a new petition with the US International Trade Commission seeking a ban on the import of Nokia devices to the US.
Apple’s petition of Nokia includes unfair trade practices involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement.
