Launch of Apple iPhone 4S In China Spoilt By Eggs

Apple store in Beijing, China, stopped the sale of the new iPhone 4s due to scalpers. This action prompted an irate customer to throw eggs at the glass windows, and leaving others disappointed after waiting for a number of hours.

It has been reported that migrant workers hired by scalpers in teams of 20 to 3, waited overnight in freezing temperatures outside the Apple store. In Shanghai, stores limited iPhone 4S sales to two per customer.

   I wonder how could this happen in some countries like china that people are really lining up and really sacrifice for hours just to buy iphone/s while other people can’t even afford to buy a single meal. Just a thought.
