Apple Mac OS X Market Share Up 29%

Web statistics company Quantcast released new stats that indicated the market share of Mac OS X in Web use has grown by 29.4% in the last year. Microsoft Windows accounted for 86.8% share of North American. Apple iPhone/iPod Touch accounted for more than 60% of mobile web consumption in January 2010 in North America.

    Microsoft’s only chance is the Xbox360 to remain on the market.. I think it’s the best OS they created since now, and tops the lists in gaming consoles category, but I think (concerning windows) it will not be the same, they are losing a large market share, and every day is a struggle for them to remain in the race. Compared to Apple, Microsoft is five years late in terms of technology, so they have got hard work to do to remain the no.1 for the upcoming years, I think that apple is going to eat the market share rapidly. Everyone knows that OS X has a much better user interface and ease of use compared to Windows .. Figures are there, every computer sold in the states priced above $1000, 90% are Macs, so conclude by yourselves…
