Psystar is not letting go after being in multiple lawsuits with Apple due to copyright infringement and software licensing charges. Now the company has announced a new OEM licensing program, designed to spread the company’s OS X virtualization software to other clone makers. The Darwin Universal Boot Loader is able to boot up Apple Snow Leopard on any Intel machines.
Psystar will go on trial in January 10th, 2010.
