Google Glass Banned On The Road
Gary G. Howell, a republican in the West Virginia Legislature, is seeking to ban the use of Google Glass, and other Google Glass-esque products, while driving. He believes that Google Glass poses the same dangers, if not worse, as texting and driving.
Previously we also have reported that a Seattle The Five Point Café bar has already put a ban on people wearing such devices. The owner of the bar says it’s for privacy, because people in bars usually don’t want to be taped without their knowledge. The message of the ban was posted on the Five Point Cafe Facebook page.

How Good Is Google’s ChromeBook Pixel?
Google is following the footsteps of Apple by releasing the high end ChromeBook Pixel to compete with Air. The 12.85 inch Chromebook Pixel is thin (0.64 inch vs. 0.68 inch), has an aluminum body and a backlit keyboard. The problem lies in the inside where it is just a thin client running web applications through the browser. That’s it and what a ripoff at $1300. Who will buy an empty shell when you can have a MacBook Air for $200 less?
