Apple just released iTunes 10.7 after its iPhone 5 announcement. This is not the all new redesigned iTunes Apple announced for October release. It adds support for current devices to be upgraded to iOS 6, and also supports the newly announced iPhone 5 and new iPod touch and iPod nano.
