Palm Releases WebOS 1.2 For Pre
Palm began rolling out an over-the-air update for the Palm Pre’s webOS version 1.2 with several improvements but there is no fix for syncing with iTunes 9. The intervention from the USB Implementers Forum may have ultimately caused the end of the feature in the Pre. Palm was asked not to use any other company’s Vendor ID on their device.

With the new iTunes 9, iPhone users can finally rearrange and sync their apps on iTunes. Don’t forget to update your iPhone software to 3.1 otherwise you will not see the sync screen.
You can arrange apps, delete apps and move apps on the the home screens.
