Metal Gear Solid 4: Hands On
The lucky staff of GamePro to Konami and Kojima Productions at Nasu, Japan, playing a nearly complete build of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots running on the PlayStation 3. In this game Solid Snake will take one last mission, to assassinate his power mad twin brother Liquid Snake. There are over 70 unique firearms in this game. Snake uses an Octo-cam suit which has a new ground based stealth abilities “The Inchworm” which allows him to slowly creep past hotspots while playing dead.
From GamePro: The graphics looked sensational, the sound effects and music sounded magnificently epic, and the interface felt sleek and simple. In short, it’s becoming increasingly clear that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be the rare game to live up to its own massive hype.

Metal Gear Solid 4 Has Expansive Voice Over
Metal Gear Solid 4 producer Ryan Payton confirmed that MSG4 will have lots of voice overs. So much so that the US/Euro version will only have the English voice overs while the Japanese version will only have the Japanese voice overs. This is incredible when the Blu-ray can hold much more data than a DVD.
Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) has announced that Metal Gear Solid®4: Guns of the Patriots will be lauched on June 12, 2008 exclusively for the PS3.

Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced that Metal Gear Solid®4: Guns of the Patriots will be lauched on June 12, 2008. This is a PS3 game.
SCEA will introduce a PS3 bundle, which will include an 80GB PS3, the upcoming blockbuster Metal Gear Solid®4: Guns of the Patriots and a DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller for $499 (MSRP).
