China Launches Into Space
China is soon to launch the Tiangong-1 (Heavenly Palace), the first module for China’s space lab which is unmanned from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. It is expected to stay in orbit for two years, and is planned to be the rendezvous hub for future mission including Shenzhou-8 and manned Shenzhou-9 and 10 missions.
The space lab is expected to launch sometime this week.
