Nintendo Wii U Super Mario Trailer
Nintendo Wii U is now out in the US, complete with a new “Super Mario” game and 30 other launch titles. Check out the trailer for Super Mario Bros for Wii U.
The console features a touchscreen remote control and full-HD graphics. It has a tablet-sized controller with a 6.2-inch touch screen with an independent infrared TV remote. Players use the the touch screen to scroll through posts and compose their own comments, using a stylus to draw pictures or a virtual keyboard to type.
Launch titles include New Super Mario Bros. Mii, Darksiders II, DiRT, Aliens Colonial Marines, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online, Metro Last Light and Tekken.
TVii is capable of searching through both streaming-video services and live TV listings. It also provide a second-screen information on the GamePad screen, and controlling your DVR and act as a universal remote.
The Wii U is selling at a starting price of $300.

Celebrate Super Mario Bros 25th Birthday
Today is Super Mario Bros 25th birthday. In Japan, Nintendo’s official site is selling 25th anniversary products such as the Super Mario Collection boxset. It comes with a booklet with 25 years of Super Mario History and previously unreleased development materials, and a soundtrack CD with music ranging all the way from the original Super Mario Bros to Super Mario Galaxy 2.
