Twitter Launches Video Making App Vine
Twitter released Vine iOS app that allow users to capture six seconds of video and share with your friends. Twitter acquire video start up Vine last year.

Microsoft Vine: Twitter For Emergencies
Microsoft has launched a private beta of its new Vine service, which allow small groups and organizations to trade vital information emergencies. The Vine service allows you to send out Twitter-like alerts during disaster situations.
From Microsoft about Vine: Microsoft Vine aims to create an inclusive network so that ultimately anyone can participate through a social networking application such as Twitter or Facebook or using e-mail, any computer connected to the Internet or a mobile phone, kitchen phone or a special needs device.
