New Jersey Bans Smiling For Driving License

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle commission asking users not to have big smiles when taking photo for the state driving license. The big smile can confuse the state’s newly implemented facial recognition system.

A similar facial recognition system is used in Pennsylvania, but they did not enforce a no smile ban. So what is the problem here?

Fix the program and not take it out on the user.
